- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
Instructions
1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F.
2. In a large bowl, whisk together the olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper. Add the bite-sized chicken pieces and toss to coat them evenly with the seasoning mixture.
3. Carefully place the seasoned chicken pieces in a single layer in the air fryer basket, making sure not to overcrowd. Air fry for 10-12 minutes, flipping the pieces halfway through, until they’re golden brown and the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
4. If your Air Fryer Boneless Chicken Bites aren’t as crispy as you’d like, try increasing the cooking time by a couple of minutes or raising the temperature slightly.
