Ingredients

  • 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup pepperoni slices
  • 1/2 cup pizza sauce
  • 1/4 cup garlic butter
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

1. Preheat air fryer to 350°F.

2. Flatten each biscuit dough into a 4-inch circle.

3. Place 1 tsp pizza sauce in the center, followed by 3 slices of pepperoni and a pinch of mozzarella.

4. Seal the edges of the dough tightly.
