  • 4 ounce cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Olive oil spray

Instructions

1. Gently clean the mushrooms with a damp paper towel, being careful not to soak them. Remove the stems and finely chop them.

2. In a bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, shredded mozzarella, grated Parmesan, minced garlic, and chopped parsley. Season with salt and pepper, then stir until well-blended and creamy.

3. Using a spoon or small cookie scoop, fill each mushroom cap with the cheesy filling, pressing down gently to ensure it’s evenly distributed.

4. Preheat your air fryer to 350°F. Place the stuffed mushrooms in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Lightly spritz the tops with olive oil spray, and air fry for 8-10 minutes, or until the mushrooms are tender and the filling is golden and bubbly.

5. Garnish with extra fresh parsley if desired and serve warm.
