- 1 cup frozen peas
- 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

- Black pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F. Spray a 9×13 inch baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.
- Add the cheese tortellini to the prepared baking dish. Pour in the hot water and, if using, sprinkle the frozen peas and crumbled bacon around the tortellini.
- Pour the Alfredo sauce over the tortellini and gently combine everything together, ensuring the pasta is evenly coated with the creamy sauce. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
- Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese and grated Parmesan cheese over the top of the Alfredo Tortellini Bake.
- Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes. Then, remove the foil and bake for an additional 5 to 10 minutes, or until the cheese is golden brown and bubbly.
- Let it rest for 5 minutes before serving. Garnish with fresh parsley, if desired.
