Description

Alfredo Tortellini Bake is a dish that checks all the boxes for a comforting and indulgent meal. With its creamy Alfredo sauce, cheese-filled tortellini, and melty cheese topping, this pasta bake is a true crowd-pleaser.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 20 ounce cheese tortellini
  • 2 cup Alfredo sauce
  • 1/2 cup hot water
  • 1 cup frozen peas
  • 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F. Spray a 9×13 inch baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.
  2. Add the cheese tortellini to the prepared baking dish. Pour in the hot water and, if using, sprinkle the frozen peas and crumbled bacon around the tortellini.
  3. Pour the Alfredo sauce over the tortellini and gently combine everything together, ensuring the pasta is evenly coated with the creamy sauce. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
  4. Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese and grated Parmesan cheese over the top of the Alfredo Tortellini Bake.
  5. Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes. Then, remove the foil and bake for an additional 5 to 10 minutes, or until the cheese is golden brown and bubbly.
  6. Let it rest for 5 minutes before serving. Garnish with fresh parsley, if desired.

Notes

Leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 to 5 days. For longer storage, consider freezing, where they can last for up to 2 to 3 months.
