Description

Bacon Cheeseburger Bombs are the ultimate snack or appetizer! Featuring juicy ground beef, melted cheddar cheese, crispy bacon, and fluffy biscuit dough, this easy recipe is a hit for parties, game nights, or family dinners.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 small onion, finely diced
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 8 slices of bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 can (16 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough
  • 1 large egg, beaten (for egg wash)
  • Sesame seeds (optional, for garnish)
  • Cooking spray or oil (for greasing)

Instructions

  • Cook the Beef Filling
    • In a skillet, cook ground beef and diced onion over medium heat until beef is browned and cooked through. Drain excess grease.
    • Stir in garlic powder, onion powder, Worcestershire sauce, and salt and pepper to taste. Let cool.
  • Prepare the Bombs
    • Flatten each biscuit round. Add a spoonful of beef mixture, cheddar cheese, and bacon to the center.
  • Seal the Bombs
    • Fold and seal edges of biscuit dough to form a smooth ball.
  • Prepare for Baking
    • Place balls seam-side down on a greased baking sheet. Brush with egg wash and sprinkle sesame seeds (if using).
  • Bake
    • Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 15-18 minutes until golden brown.

Notes

  • Serve warm with ketchup, mustard, or ranch dressing for dipping.
  • Make them ahead by preparing the bombs and freezing them unbaked for quick snacks.
