- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 small onion, finely diced
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 8 slices of bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 can (16 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough
- 1 large egg, beaten (for egg wash)
- Sesame seeds (optional, for garnish)
- Cooking spray or oil (for greasing)
Instructions
- Cook the Beef Filling
- In a skillet, cook ground beef and diced onion over medium heat until beef is browned and cooked through. Drain excess grease.
- Stir in garlic powder, onion powder, Worcestershire sauce, and salt and pepper to taste. Let cool.
- Prepare the Bombs
- Flatten each biscuit round. Add a spoonful of beef mixture, cheddar cheese, and bacon to the center.
- Seal the Bombs
- Fold and seal edges of biscuit dough to form a smooth ball.
- Prepare for Baking
- Place balls seam-side down on a greased baking sheet. Brush with egg wash and sprinkle sesame seeds (if using).
- Bake
- Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 15-18 minutes until golden brown.
