  • 1/2 pound cooked bacon, crumbled
  • 1 medium yellow onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 2 tablespoon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 deep-dish pie crust
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour

Instructions

1. Preheat your oven to 375°F.

2. In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess fat. Add the onion and garlic, and sauté until softened.

3. Stir in the ketchup, mustard, salt, pepper, and half of the crumbled bacon. Cook for another 2 minutes, then remove from heat.
