  • 1 package of refrigerated pizza dough (about 13.8 oz)
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 cup cooked bacon, chopped
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/4 cup diced onions
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cooking spray

Instructions

  • Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and lightly spray with cooking spray.
  • Cook the Ground Beef: In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain any excess fat. Add the diced onions and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until softened.
  • Mix the Filling: In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked ground beef, chopped bacon, cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, ketchup, mustard, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Stir until well combined.
  • Roll Out the Dough: On a floured surface, roll out the pizza dough into a large rectangle. Cut the dough into smaller rectangles, about 4×6 inches.
  • Fill the Rolls: Place a generous amount of the bacon cheeseburger filling in the center of each dough rectangle. Be careful not to overfill.
  • Roll and Seal: Roll the dough tightly around the filling, pinching the ends to seal them securely. Place the rolls seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
  • Bake: Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the rolls are golden brown and cooked through.
  • Serve: Remove from the oven and allow to cool slightly. Serve warm with extra ketchup or mustard for dipping!

Notes
