Ingredients

Scale
  • 12 large pasta shells

  • 1 lb ground beef

  • 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled

  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

  • ½ cup cream cheese, softened

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • 1 tsp onion powder

  • ½ tsp salt

  • ½ tsp black pepper

  • 1 cup marinara sauce

  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley

Instructions

  • Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

  • Cook Pasta: Boil pasta shells according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

  • Cook Beef & Bacon: In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Add the crumbled bacon, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Stir well to combine.

  • Mix Cheeses: In a separate bowl, combine the cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, and softened cream cheese. Stir in the beef and bacon mixture.

  • Stuff Shells: Carefully stuff each pasta shell with the cheese and meat mixture. Place them in a baking dish.

  • Add Sauce & Bake: Pour marinara sauce over the stuffed shells. Cover the baking dish with foil and bake for 25 minutes.

  • Garnish & Serve: Remove from the oven, sprinkle with fresh parsley, and serve hot.

Notes

  • Make-Ahead: You can assemble these stuffed shells in advance and store them in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours. Just bake them when you’re ready to serve.

  • Cheese Variations: Feel free to experiment with different cheeses like pepper jack for added spice or Parmesan for a more savory twist.

  • Frozen Option: If you have leftovers or want to prep ahead, you can freeze the stuffed shells for up to 3 months. Just bake them directly from the freezer, adding extra time to cook.
