Ingredients
- 1 large head cauliflower
- 2 cups full-fat sour cream
- 1 cup ranch dressing
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup crumbled turkey bacon
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
Instructions
1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Steam the cauliflower florets until tender, about 8-10 minutes. Drain and transfer to a mixing bowl.
2. In the bowl, combine the sour cream, ranch dressing, salt, and pepper. Fold until cauliflower is coated.
3. Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish. Top with shredded cheddar cheese and crumbled bacon.
