Ingredients
- 4 large russet potatoes
- 2 cups cooked pulled pork
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup crumbled crispy bacon
- 2 tablespoons chopped green onions

Instructions
Preheat the Oven
Start by preheating your oven to 400°F (200°C).
Baking the Potatoes
Pierce each potato several times with a fork and place them directly on the oven rack. Bake for 45-60 minutes, until tender.
Preparing the Pulled Pork Mixture
Mix the cooked pulled pork with ranch dressing, seasoning with salt and pepper to taste.
