  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  • Cook the Bacon: Heat a large skillet over medium heat and cook the chopped bacon until crispy (6-8 minutes). Remove and set aside, leaving some drippings in the skillet.
  • Cook the Tortellini: Prepare the tortellini according to package directions while the bacon cooks. Drain and set aside.
  • Make the Alfredo Sauce: In the skillet with bacon drippings, melt butter over medium heat. Sautรฉ minced garlic until fragrant (1-2 minutes). Add heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer. Stir in Parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning. Simmer for 3-4 minutes, stirring until thickened.
  • Combine Everything: Add the cooked tortellini to the skillet and toss to coat in sauce. Stir in the cooked bacon. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
