Instructions
1. Preheat your oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it with cooking spray.
2. Start by steaming the broccoli florets until they’re tender-crisp, then finely chop them until they resemble coarse rice.
3. In a large bowl, combine the chopped broccoli, breadcrumbs, cheddar cheese, Parmesan cheese, beaten eggs, flour, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix everything together until the ingredients are well incorporated.
4. Roll the mixture into 1-inch balls and place them on the prepared baking sheet, leaving a little space between each one.
5. Pop the baking sheet into the preheated oven and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the Baked Broccoli Cheese Balls are golden brown. For an extra crispy finish, you can broil them for 1-2 minutes.
