Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 medium zucchinis, sliced
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 3 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil

- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
1. 1. Preheat your oven to 425°F.
2. 2. In a large bowl, combine the olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, dried oregano, ground cumin, salt, and pepper to create a marinade.
3. 3. Add the chicken breasts, sliced zucchini, and chopped onion to the bowl with the marinade. Toss until evenly coated and let marinate for at least 15 minutes.
