- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh chives, chopped
- 1 teaspoon paprika

- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese (optional for topping)
- Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a baking dish with olive oil.
- Prepare the Cream Cheese Mixture: In a medium bowl, combine softened cream cheese, minced garlic, fresh chives, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix until smooth and well blended.
- Season the Chicken: Place the chicken breasts in the prepared baking dish. Season both sides with salt and pepper.
- Spread the Cream Cheese Mixture: Evenly spread the cream cheese mixture over the top of each chicken breast, ensuring full coverage.
- Add Chicken Broth: Pour the chicken broth around the chicken breasts in the baking dish.
- Bake: Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is fully cooked and reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
- Add Cheddar Cheese (Optional): If desired, sprinkle shredded sharp cheddar cheese on top of the chicken breasts during the last 5 minutes of baking. Return to the oven to melt the cheese.
