Instructions

1. In a large mixing bowl, mash the ripe bananas until smooth. Add the melted butter, sugar, egg, and vanilla extract. Stir until well combined. Then, add the flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt. Mix until a soft dough forms.

2. In a small bowl, mix the brown sugar and ground cinnamon for the filling. Set aside.
