- For the Bang Bang Sauce:
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce

Instructions
1. Marinate the chicken in buttermilk for at least 30 minutes.
2. Prepare the Bang Bang sauce by mixing mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, lime juice, and honey.
3. Combine all-purpose flour, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper for the coating.
4. Heat oil in a deep skillet to about 350°F (175°C).
5. Fry the coated chicken pieces in batches for 3-4 minutes per side until golden brown and crispy.
6. Toss the fried chicken in the Bang Bang sauce until evenly coated.
