1 cup BBQ sauce
-
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
-
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 can refrigerated biscuit dough
-
½ tsp garlic powder
-
½ tsp onion powder
-
¼ tsp black pepper
-
Cooking spray
-
Chopped parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
-
Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
-
Mix Filling: In a large bowl, combine shredded pulled pork and BBQ sauce. Stir in shredded mozzarella and cheddar cheese until well mixed.
-
Prepare Dough: Open the can of refrigerated biscuit dough and separate the biscuits. Flatten each biscuit to form a small circle.
-
Fill & Wrap: Spoon a generous amount of the pulled pork mixture into the center of each biscuit. Fold the edges over and pinch to seal tightly.
-
Season & Arrange: Sprinkle garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper over the top of each cheese bomb. Arrange them seam side down on a greased baking sheet.
-
Bake: Bake for 15-18 minutes or until golden brown and fully cooked through.
-
Garnish & Serve: Remove from the oven, let them cool slightly, and garnish with chopped parsley (optional). Serve and enjoy!
Notes
-
If you want to make these ahead of time, prepare them up to step 5, cover them, and refrigerate. Then, bake them the next day for a quick snack!
-
You can also freeze the cheese bombs before baking. Just pop them in the freezer, and when you’re ready, bake them straight from frozen, adding a few extra minutes to the cooking time.
-
Feel free to swap in different cheeses or add extra seasonings, like smoked paprika, to customize your cheese bombs.
