Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 tube (16.3 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough

  • 1 lb breakfast sausage, crumbled

  • 1/2 cup diced onion

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

  • 1/2 cup milk

  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour

  • 1 cup sausage gravy (store-bought or homemade)

  • 2 large eggs

  • Salt and pepper, to taste

  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  • Prepare the Crust: Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Flatten the biscuits and press them into a greased pizza pan, sealing the edges to form a crust. Bake for 5 minutes.

  • Cook Sausage & Veggies: In a skillet, cook the sausage over medium heat until browned. Add the diced onion and minced garlic, sautéing until the onions are soft and translucent.

  • Make the Gravy: Sprinkle flour over the sausage mixture and stir to combine. Gradually add the milk, stirring constantly until the gravy thickens. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

  • Assemble the Pizza: Spread the sausage gravy over the partially baked biscuit crust. Sprinkle the shredded cheddar and mozzarella cheeses on top.

  • Add Eggs & Bake: Crack the eggs over the pizza and season with salt and pepper. Bake for 12-15 minutes until the eggs are set to your liking.

  • Garnish & Serve: Remove from the oven and sprinkle fresh chopped parsley on top. Slice and serve warm. Enjoy your delicious Biscuits and Sausage Gravy Breakfast Pizza!
