Description
Blackstone Grilled Kielbasa and Tortellini is a delightful dish that combines the smoky goodness of grilled kielbasa with cheese tortellini.
Ingredients
- 2 bags (12 ounce each) frozen cheese tortellini
- 2 packages (14 ounce each) Polska kielbasa, sliced thin
- 8 ounce fresh mushrooms, sliced
- 8 ounce fresh spinach
- 1 pint cherry tomatoes, halved
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Parmesan cheese, grated (for serving)
Instructions
1. Preheat your Blackstone griddle to medium-high heat.
2. Drizzle olive oil onto the hot griddle, then add the sliced kielbasa. Cook until browned and heated through, about 5-7 minutes. Remove and set aside.
3. In the same area of the griddle, add sliced mushrooms and sauté until softened, approximately 3-4 minutes. Add minced garlic, fresh spinach, and halved cherry tomatoes. Sauté until spinach wilts and tomatoes soften, about 2-3 minutes.
4. Introduce the frozen tortellini to the griddle. Drizzle with more olive oil and sprinkle with dried oregano, basil, salt, and pepper. Cook, stirring occasionally, until heated through and slightly crispy on the edges, roughly 5-7 minutes.
5. Return the cooked kielbasa to the griddle and toss everything together to combine and heat through. Serve immediately with grated Parmesan cheese.
