Description

Breakfast Biscuit Bundt Cake is a savory and satisfying start to your day, combining flaky biscuits, hearty breakfast sausage, melty cheese, and fluffy eggs baked to perfection.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 package refrigerated flaky biscuit dough
  • 1 pound breakfast sausage or bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup chopped green onions
  • 6 large eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

1. Preheat your oven to 350°F and thoroughly grease and flour a 10-inch Bundt pan.

2. Cut each refrigerated biscuit into quarters and layer half of the biscuit pieces in the bottom of the prepared Bundt pan.

3. Sprinkle half of the cooked sausage or bacon, half of the shredded cheddar cheese, and half of the chopped green onions over the biscuit layer.

4. Add the remaining biscuit pieces on top, followed by the remaining sausage or bacon, cheese, and green onions.

5. In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, maple syrup, salt, and pepper until well combined.

6. Carefully pour the egg mixture over the layered ingredients in the Bundt pan, ensuring it’s evenly distributed.

7. Place the pan in the preheated oven and bake for 35-40 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

8. Remove the Breakfast Biscuit Bundt Cake from the oven and let it cool for 5 minutes before inverting it onto a serving platter. Slice and serve warm.

Notes

Grease the pan thoroughly to prevent sticking.

Don’t overfill the pan to avoid spillage during baking.

Check for doneness with a toothpick before removing from the oven.
