- 1 lb breakfast sausage
- 6 slices bacon, chopped
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 1 bell pepper, diced
- 6 large eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 green onions, chopped for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- In a large skillet, cook the breakfast sausage and bacon over medium heat until browned. Add the diced onion and bell pepper and continue cooking until the vegetables are softened.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
