  • 1 lb breakfast sausage
  • 6 slices bacon, chopped
  • 1 medium onion, diced
  • 1 bell pepper, diced
  • 6 large eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 green onions, chopped for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. In a large skillet, cook the breakfast sausage and bacon over medium heat until browned. Add the diced onion and bell pepper and continue cooking until the vegetables are softened.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Spread the frozen tater tots evenly in a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
