Ingredients
12 oz rotini or penne pasta
2 cups cooked shredded chicken
1/2 cup buffalo sauce
1/2 cup ranch dressing
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Optional: sliced green onions, breadcrumbs, or crushed tortilla chips
Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. Cook the pasta in salted water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
3. In a large bowl, mix the shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, ranch dressing, cream cheese, and cheddar cheese until smooth.
4. Fold in the cooked pasta until evenly coated.
5. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread evenly.
6. Top with shredded mozzarella cheese.
7. Bake for 20–25 minutes, until cheese is melted and bubbly.
8. Let cool slightly, garnish with green onions or toppings of choice, and serve.
