Ingredients

- 2 tablespoon unsalted butter, melted
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
- 1/4 cup pure maple syrup
- 2 tablespoon unsalted butter for syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
1. Preheat your griddle to 350°F.
2. In a large bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, brown sugar, baking powder, and salt.
3. In a separate bowl, whisk the eggs, International Delight Southern Butter Pecan Coffee Creamer, and melted butter until well combined.
4. Pour the wet ingredients into the bowl of dry ingredients and stir until just combined. Gently fold in the chopped pecans.
