Ingredients
- 1 cup unsalted butter
- 1 cup light brown sugar
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup butterscotch chips
Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 350°F and grease a 9×13-inch baking pan.
2. In a large bowl, cream together the unsalted butter, light brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
3. Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla extract.
4. In a separate bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, baking soda, and salt.
5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, mixing until just combined.
6. Fold in the butterscotch chips gently.
7. Spread the batter evenly into the prepared baking pan and bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown and a toothpick comes out with a few moist crumbs.
8. Allow to cool completely before cutting into squares and serving.
