  • 1 small yellow onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 10.5 ounce cream of mushroom soup
  • 10.5 ounce cheddar cheese soup
  • 28 ounce frozen shoestring French fries
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoon ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon pickle juice
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.

2. In a skillet over medium-high heat, brown the ground beef with the diced onion and minced garlic. Drain any excess fat.

3. In a separate bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, pickle juice, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.

4. Stir the cream of mushroom soup and cheddar cheese soup into the cooked beef mixture.

5. In a 7×11-inch baking dish, layer the beef mixture, then top it with the frozen French fries.

6. Bake for 35 minutes, or until the fries are golden and crispy.

7. Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese over the top and bake for an additional 5 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

8. Allow to cool slightly before serving.
