- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- ½ cup crumbled turkey bacon
- 1 package refrigerated pizza dough
- Ketchup, for spreading
- Mustard, for spreading
- 1 egg, for egg wash
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a skillet over medium-high heat, brown the ground beef until cooked through and no longer pink. Drain excess fat.
- Unroll the refrigerated pizza dough on a clean surface. Spread ketchup and mustard evenly across the dough.
- Sprinkle the cooked ground beef, shredded cheddar cheese, and crumbled turkey bacon evenly on top of the dough.
- Starting from one long edge, roll the dough tightly into a log and slice into 1.5-inch pieces. Place seam-side down on the baking sheet.
- Whisk the egg and brush it over the tops of the rollups. Bake for 18-20 minutes until golden brown and the cheese is melted.
- Allow to cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
