- Shred the Chicken: Use two forks or your hands to shred the cooked chicken into bite-sized pieces.
- Cook the Bacon: If using raw bacon, cook it in a skillet over medium heat until crispy, then crumble.
Cooking the Quesadillas
- Heat a tablespoon of olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Place a tortilla in the skillet, spread a generous amount of the chicken mixture over half, and fold the tortilla in half.
- Cook for 3-4 minutes until the underside is golden brown, then flip and cook for another 3-4 minutes.
Alternative Cooking Methods
