Preparation

  • Shred the Chicken: Use two forks or your hands to shred the cooked chicken into bite-sized pieces.
  • Cook the Bacon: If using raw bacon, cook it in a skillet over medium heat until crispy, then crumble.

Cooking the Quesadillas

  • Heat a tablespoon of olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
