Ingredients
8 oz chickpea pasta
6 slices turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese, plus more for topping
1 cup milk
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup ranch dressing
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp black pepper
2 green onions, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the chickpea pasta and cook according to package instructions, typically 8-10 minutes. Drain and set aside.
2. In a saucepan, whisk together milk, sour cream, ranch dressing, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper over medium heat. Gradually stir in shredded cheddar cheese until smooth.
3. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). In a baking dish, combine cooked pasta, crumbled bacon, and cheese sauce. Top with more shredded cheddar.
4. Bake for 15-20 minutes, until cheese is melted and bubbly.
5. Remove from oven, garnish with chopped green onions, and serve warm.
