  • 3 cups cooked, shredded chicken
  • 2 cups buffalo sauce
  • 1 cup ranch dressing
  • 3 cups ricotta cheese
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • Chopped green onions (for garnish)

Instructions

  • Prepare the Chicken: In a large mixing bowl, toss the shredded chicken with buffalo sauce until evenly coated. Set aside.
  • Make the Cheese Mixture: In another bowl, combine ricotta cheese, Parmesan cheese, eggs, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
  • Layer the Lasagna: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). In a 9×13-inch baking dish, spread a thin layer of buffalo sauce at the bottom. Place 4 lasagna noodles over the sauce. Spread 1/3 of the ricotta mixture over the noodles, followed by 1/3 of the buffalo chicken. Sprinkle with a layer of mozzarella and cheddar cheese. Repeat this process two more times, finishing with a generous layer of shredded cheeses on top.
  • Bake the Lasagna: Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes or until the cheese on top is bubbly and golden.
  • Add the Ranch Drizzle: Remove the lasagna from the oven and let it cool for 10 minutes. Drizzle ranch dressing over the top for an extra burst of flavor. Garnish with chopped green onions.
