  • 2 ounces lasagna noodles

  • 3 ½ cups rotisserie chicken, shredded

  • 1 packet ranch seasoning

  • 24 ounces cream cheese, softened

  • 1 cup buffalo sauce

  • ½ cup milk

  • 2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded

  • 2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded

  • Optional toppings:

    • Ranch dressing

    • Green onions, chopped

    • Blue cheese crumbles


Instructions

  • Cook Noodles: Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Boil lasagna noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

  • Prepare Cheese Mixture: In a bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, buffalo sauce, ranch seasoning, and milk. Stir until smooth. Add the cheddar and mozzarella cheeses and mix well.

  • Layer Lasagna: Spread a layer of cheese mixture in a baking dish. Follow with a layer of shredded chicken, then add noodles. Repeat the layers, finishing with the cheese mixture on top.

  • Bake: Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes until bubbly and golden.

  • Garnish & Serve: Top with ranch dressing, green onions, and blue cheese crumbles if desired. Serve and enjoy!

Notes

  • For extra heat, add more buffalo sauce to the cheese mixture.
