Ingredients
Scale
- 1 lb flank steak
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 6 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
- 4 cloves minced garlic
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp melted butter
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Prepare the flank steak by slicing it thinly to allow for easy rolling.
- In a medium bowl, mix cream cheese, mozzarella, crumbled bacon, garlic, parsley, salt, pepper, and Worcestershire sauce until well combined.
- Take a spoonful of the filling and place it at one end of a steak slice, then roll tightly to form a bomb shape. Secure with toothpicks if necessary.
- Arrange the bombs on a parchment-lined baking sheet and brush the tops with melted butter.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and the steak is cooked to your liking.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- Consider using turkey bacon or dairy-free cream cheese for dietary restrictions.
- Feel free to marinate the flank steak for extra flavor if time allows.
- Additional ingredients like jalapeños or sautéed onions can be added to the filling for variation.
