Ingredients

2 cups cooked steak, diced

6 slices cooked bacon, chopped

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

4 large flour tortillas

4 tbsp butter, softened

2 cloves garlic, minced

½ tsp salt

½ tsp black pepper

¼ cup chopped fresh parsley (optional)
Instructions

Prepare the Filling: In a bowl, mix the diced steak, chopped bacon, cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper.

Heat Skillet: Preheat a large skillet over medium heat.

Spread Butter: Spread 1 tablespoon of softened butter on one side of a tortilla.

Assemble Quesadilla: Place the tortilla, butter side down, in the skillet. Add a generous portion of the filling on one half of the tortilla.

Cook Quesadilla: Fold the tortilla over and cook for 3-4 minutes, or until golden brown. Flip and cook the other side for another 3-4 minutes.

Repeat: Remove the quesadilla from the skillet and repeat with the remaining tortillas and filling.

Serve: Cut into wedges, garnish with chopped parsley if desired, and serve.
