  • 8 flour tortillas
  • 1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  • Prepare the Chicken:
    Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Season the chicken breasts with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  • Cook the Chicken:
    Heat a skillet over medium heat. Add the seasoned chicken breasts and cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and cooked through. Remove from heat and allow to rest for a few minutes. Once cooled, shred the chicken using two forks.
  • Assemble the Wraps:
    Lay a tortilla flat on a clean surface. Sprinkle a layer of shredded mozzarella and cheddar cheese in the center of the tortilla. Add a generous portion of shredded chicken on top of the cheese.
  • Wrap the Tortillas:
    Fold in the sides of the tortilla and then roll it up tightly to create a wrap.
