Description

Cheesy Steak Bites and Rotini Pasta is a creamy, hearty dish featuring tender steak and cheesy pasta for ultimate comfort food!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 2 cups rotini pasta, uncooked
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • ½ cup beef broth
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  • Cook the Pasta: Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the rotini pasta according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  • Sear the Steak: In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Season the steak bites with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Add the steak bites to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes per side, or until browned and cooked to your desired doneness. Remove the steak bites from the skillet and set aside.
  • Make the Sauce: In the same skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Stir in the heavy cream, beef broth, and Italian seasoning. Simmer for 3-4 minutes, allowing the sauce to thicken slightly.
  • Add the Cheese: Lower the heat and stir in the shredded cheddar cheese and grated Parmesan cheese. Continue stirring until the cheese is fully melted and the sauce is smooth and creamy.
  • Combine Everything: Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and toss it in the cheesy sauce. Return the steak bites to the skillet and gently mix until everything is well combined and coated in the sauce.
  • Garnish and Serve: Transfer the Cheesy Steak Bites and Rotini Pasta to a serving dish. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm.

Notes

  • For a richer flavor, feel free to use cream cheese in addition to the heavy cream.
  • You can substitute the sirloin steak with ribeye or flank steak for an even juicier dish.
  • Add more Parmesan cheese for an extra cheesy boost!
