Ingredients
- 2 cup cooked, shredded chicken
- 2 cup frozen tater tots
- 1 cup ranch dressing
- 1/2 cup whole milk
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 8 ounce thick-cut bacon, cooked and chopped
Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 375°F.
2. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the ranch dressing, milk, and flour until smooth.
3. Spread the shredded chicken and chopped bacon in an even layer in a 9×13-inch baking dish.
4. Pour the ranch mixture over the chicken and bacon, stirring gently to coat.
5. Arrange the frozen tater tots in a single layer on top of the casserole.
6. Bake uncovered for 40-45 minutes until the tater tots are golden brown and the filling is bubbly.
7. Let cool for 5-10 minutes before serving.
Notes
Serve with a fresh green salad or steamed broccoli for a complete meal.
Can be prepared ahead of time and refrigerated before baking.
