Instructions

1. Marinate the chicken thighs in a mixture of olive oil, cumin, paprika, turmeric, cinnamon, black pepper, coriander, minced garlic, and lemon juice for at least an hour or overnight.

2. Prepare the creamy garlic sauce by mixing Greek yogurt, mayonnaise, grated garlic, lemon juice, and salt.

3. Cook the marinated chicken in a hot skillet or on a grill pan until charred and cooked through, or skewer and grill it over high heat.

4. Slice the cooked chicken into thin strips and serve in warm pita or flatbread.

5. Drizzle with the creamy garlic sauce and add toppings like lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers, pickles, and onions.
