For the Sauce:

  • ¼ cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Prepare the Sweet Potatoes:

    • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
    • Toss sweet potatoes with olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
    • Spread evenly on a baking sheet and roast for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  • Cook the Chicken:

    • Heat a large skillet over medium heat and drizzle with olive oil.
