Ingredients
- 1 pound chicken breast
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup teriyaki sauce
- 2 tablespoon honey
- 2 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 8 ounce noodles
- 2 tablespoon sesame seeds
- 2 green onions, sliced
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
Instructions
1. In a bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, teriyaki sauce, honey, rice vinegar, garlic, ginger, and sesame oil. Add the sliced chicken and toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate for 15-20 minutes.
2. Bring a pot of water to a boil and cook the noodles according to the package instructions. Drain the noodles and toss them with a touch of sesame oil and soy sauce to prevent sticking. Set the noodles aside until ready to assemble the dish.
3. Heat a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add the marinated chicken and its marinade to the pan. Cook the chicken, stirring occasionally, until it’s golden brown and fully cooked, about 6-7 minutes.
4. Add the cooked noodles to the skillet with the chicken and toss everything together until the noodles are evenly coated in the teriyaki sauce.

Notes
For a thicker sauce, whisk a teaspoon of cornstarch into the marinade before adding the chicken.
