  • 2 cup shredded lettuce

  • 4 sub rolls or hoagie rolls

Instructions

1. Season the chicken with the all-purpose seasoning or BBQ rub. Grill the chicken over medium-high heat for about 5 minutes per side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F. Let it rest for 10 minutes before chopping into bite-sized pieces.

2. Cook the bacon in a skillet until crispy and golden brown. Drain on paper towels.

3. Toast the sub or hoagie rolls on the grill or in a pan with butter.

4. Layer shredded lettuce as the base on a cutting board. Add grilled chicken, crumbled bacon, and sliced tomatoes. Chop and mix until well-combined.

5. Season with salt and pepper, add mozzarella cheese and drizzle ranch dressing. Mix gently.
