Description
A delightful dish that combines the classic elements of a club sandwich with the refreshing coolness of a creamy pasta salad.
Ingredients
- 12 ounces tri-color rotini pasta
- 8-ounce block of cheddar cheese, cubed
- 1 tomato, diced
- 1 cup cooked and chopped bacon
- 1 cup lettuce, chopped
- 1 cup lunch meat ham, diced
- 1 cup lunch meat turkey, diced
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 packet ranch seasoning
Instructions
1. Begin by bringing a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the tri-color rotini pasta and cook according to the package instructions, usually around 7-9 minutes. Once the pasta is al dente, drain it and rinse with cold water to cool it down completely.
2. In a small bowl, combine the mayonnaise and ranch seasoning packet. Whisk the ingredients together until the dressing is smooth and well-blended.
3. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked and cooled pasta, cubed cheddar cheese, diced tomato, chopped bacon, chopped lettuce, diced ham, and diced turkey. Pour the ranch mayonnaise dressing over the salad and toss gently until all the ingredients are evenly coated.
Notes
For the best results, refrigerate the Club Sandwich Pasta Salad Bowl for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to meld. The salad can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 4 days, making it a great option for meal prep or easy lunches throughout the week.
