- 8 slices of cooked bacon, crumbled
- 4 cups fresh spinach
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- ½ cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish with cooking spray or olive oil.
- Prepare the chicken: Season the chicken breasts with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat and sear the chicken breasts for 3-4 minutes on each side until browned. Remove from heat and set aside.
