  • 8 oz fettuccine pasta, cooked

Instructions

  • Cook the Chicken and Sausage: In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the sliced chicken breasts and cook until browned and cooked through, about 6-7 minutes. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
  • Sauté the Sausage and Veggies: In the same skillet, add the smoked sausage, chopped onion, and minced garlic. Cook for 3-4 minutes until the sausage is browned and the onions are softened.
  • Prepare the Alfredo Sauce: Stir in Italian seasoning, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper. Pour in the heavy cream and chicken broth, stirring to combine. Bring the mixture to a simmer and cook for 3-4 minutes, allowing the sauce to thicken slightly.
  • Add the Cheese: Reduce the heat to low and stir in the shredded mozzarella and grated parmesan cheese. Stir until the cheese is melted and the sauce is creamy.
  • Combine Everything: Return the cooked chicken to the skillet and add the cooked fettuccine pasta. Toss everything together until the pasta is coated in the creamy sauce.
