Ingredients
- 2–3 pound chicken breasts
- 1 can (10.5 ounce) cream of chicken soup
- 1 can (10.5 ounce) cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup cream cheese, cubed
- 1 small onion, diced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt & pepper to taste
- 8 ounce spaghetti, cooked and drained
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
1. Place the chicken breasts in the crockpot.
2. Pour in the cream of chicken soup and cream of mushroom soup, along with the chicken broth.
3. Add the diced onion and minced garlic, followed by the paprika, Italian seasoning, and a generous pinch of salt and pepper. Stir gently to combine.
4. Cover the crockpot and set it to low for 4-6 hours or high for 2-3 hours.
5. Once cooked, shred the chicken using two forks and return it to the crockpot.
6. Stir in the cubed cream cheese and shredded cheddar cheese until melted.
7. Add the cooked spaghetti to the crockpot and toss until evenly coated.
8. Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.
Notes
For a spicier twist, add cayenne pepper or diced jalapeños. Consider using whole wheat spaghetti or adding extra vegetables like spinach or bell peppers for a healthier option.
