  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 2 cup Swiss cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup cooked egg noodles
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F.
  2. In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat. Once cooked through, add the diced onion, sliced mushrooms, and minced garlic. Sauté until onions are translucent and mushrooms are tender. Drain excess fat.
  3. Stir in the Worcestershire sauce, salt, and black pepper. Pour in the heavy cream and beef broth, mixing until well-combined. Gently fold in the cooked egg noodles and half of the shredded Swiss cheese.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a greased 9×13-inch casserole dish. Top with remaining Swiss cheese and breadcrumbs.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and bubbly. Garnish with freshly chopped parsley before serving.
