This Creamy Ranch Chicken and Rice Casserole is a comforting blend of tender chicken, fluffy rice, and a rich ranch sauce topped with cheese and bacon, perfect for busy weeknights or family gatherings.
Ingredients
2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or diced
1 cup uncooked white rice
2 cups chicken broth
1 cup sour cream
1 packet ranch seasoning mix
1.5 cups shredded cheddar cheese, divided
1/2 cup crispy bacon, crumbled
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. In a large bowl, combine the chicken, uncooked rice, chicken broth, sour cream, ranch seasoning, and half of the cheddar cheese.
3. Transfer to a greased baking dish. Cover with foil and bake for 40–45 minutes until rice is tender.
4. Remove foil, top with remaining cheese and crumbled bacon. Bake another 10 minutes until cheese is melted.
5. Let sit for 5 minutes before serving.

Ingredient Substitutions: Swap in turkey or plant-based proteins. Try brown rice or quinoa instead of white rice.
