Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

- 1/4 teaspoon mustard powder
Instructions
1. Preheat your oven to 425°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
2. Crush the cornflakes into small, crumbly pieces.
3. Set up the breading station:
 – Bowl 1: Mix the all-purpose flour and light brown sugar.
 – Bowl 2: Whisk together the eggs and hot sauce.
 – Bowl 3: Combine the crushed cornflakes, paprika, chili powder, black pepper, and cayenne pepper (if using).
4. Season the chicken breasts with salt and black pepper. Dip each piece of chicken first into the flour mixture, then the egg wash, and finally the cornflake breading.
5. Arrange the coated chicken pieces on the prepared baking sheet and lightly spray them with nonstick cooking spray. Bake for 15-16 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
