Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (6–8 ounce each)
- 1 cup finely grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup Panko breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 large eggs, beaten
- 2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- Optional: chopped fresh parsley, for garnish
- Optional: lemon wedges, for serving
Instructions
1. Preheat your oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
2. Set up your breading station with three bowls: one for flour, one for beaten eggs, and one for the Parmesan-Panko mixture.
3. Dredge each chicken breast in the flour, dip it in the egg, and then press it into the Parmesan-Panko blend until fully coated.
4. Arrange the coated chicken breasts on the prepared baking sheet and drizzle lightly with olive oil.
5. Bake for 25–30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the breading is golden-brown and the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
6. Let the chicken rest for a few minutes before serving. Garnish with parsley and serve with lemon wedges.
