Ingredients
- 2 pound chicken wings
- 1 tablespoon baking powder (aluminum-free)
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- 3 tablespoon ranch seasoning mix
Instructions
1. Preheat your oven to 400°F and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper. Place an oven-safe wire rack on top of the baking sheet.
2. Thoroughly dry the wings using paper towels to remove excess moisture.
3. In a large bowl, toss the dried chicken wings with the baking powder, salt, and black pepper until evenly coated.
4. Drizzle the olive oil over the wings and toss them to ensure they are lightly coated. Arrange the wings in a single layer on the prepared wire rack.
