Description
Crispy Chicken Bacon Ranch Wrap is a delightful combination of crunchy fried chicken, crispy bacon, and creamy ranch dressing wrapped in a soft tortilla.
Ingredients
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- Salt, to taste
- Vegetable oil, for frying
- 4 large flour tortillas (10-inch)
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 6 strips crispy bacon, chopped
- 1/4 cup ranch dressing
Instructions
1. Season the chicken with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, black pepper, and salt.
2. Set up a breading station with flour, buttermilk, and panko breadcrumbs.
3. Dredge each chicken strip in flour, dip in buttermilk, and coat with panko.
4. Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium heat and fry chicken strips for 4-5 minutes per side until golden brown.
5. Drain fried chicken on paper towels.
6. Assemble the wrap by laying tortillas flat and adding lettuce, tomatoes, cheese, bacon, and fried chicken.
7. Drizzle ranch dressing over fillings and wrap tightly.
8. Serve immediately.
Notes
For a spicier version, add cayenne pepper to the flour or blend hot sauce into the ranch dressing.
