- 3 boxes Mrs. T’s Cheddar Pierogies
- 1 pound kielbasa, sliced into rounds
- 8 ounce cream cheese, cut into small cubes
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 4 cup chicken broth
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: chopped chives or parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Slice the kielbasa into bite-sized rounds and cut the cream cheese into small cubes.
- Layer the frozen pierogies in the bottom of your slow cooker.
- Scatter the sliced kielbasa pieces over the top, then dot the cream cheese cubes throughout the dish.
- Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese over everything.
- Pour the chicken broth over the layers, ensuring all ingredients are covered. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Cover the crock pot and cook on HIGH for 3 to 4 hours or LOW for 6 hours. Stir halfway through to help the cream cheese melt.
- Once cooking time is up, check that the casserole is tender and creamy. Adjust seasoning if needed.
- Serve hot, garnished with chopped chives or parsley.
